While it likely that Loyola will lose to Michigan and for sure to Villanova or Kansas, it is unlikely that they will get stomped. They play excellent defense and hold the ball 20 or more seconds per possession (except for fast breaks). It is unlikely anyone will score more than 75 against them, and they are likely to score at least 60.
A 15 point spread in any game they lose will likely be a result of them sending the other team to free throw line in the last 2 to 4 minutes of the game. That multiple passing game is physically taxing on a defense.

If there was no shot clock and the four corners was still allowed they probably would win it all.

Villanova is closer to being a blue blood than Michigan is. In reality, both Villanova and Michigan aren't anywhere close to being blue bloods.
