Just did my first bracket and it looks like this:

Nova vs Duke
Notre Dame vs Zona
UNC vs UCLA
Iowa State vs Michigan

I do several brackets. This was my serious bracket though. I feel like the Midwest is up for grabs. Kansas does not do well as the #1 seed under Bill Self. Michigan is on a roll so I can see them beating Ville then going on to beat Oregon who is now missing one of their best players.

The one team I'd put the most money on making the Elite 8 would be UNC. I just don't see Arkansas/Seton Hall or Butler/Minnesota(if they even make it out the 1st round) being much of a threat. I'd love to get a shot at it though.

I think UK and UCLA are tough outs, but the I'd be shocked if they didn't make it to the E8 based on the 4, 5, 8 and 9 seeds in their bracket.

kenpom has the Bruins at 17, which if I'm reading that right doesn't have them surviving to the sweet sixteen. And they do have a soft defense, but I'd have them in the sweet sixteen. I believe Kentucky is under valued, but I don't believe they can beat Carolina.

Yeah KenPom doesn't love the Bruins, but I think they have the potential to be dangerous. The good thing for Carolina is that they'll only have to play one of them to get to a FF, more than likely.

I think losing Chris Boucher will really hurt Oregon. Michigan has not been consistent until the past 3 weeks or so. So I wouldn't bet on Michigan, but I do like their chances now against Oregon...if Oregon AND Michigan make it that far.
