Oreo-Os were fantastic but I don't think they're around anymore. The Chocolate Cheerios are good too.

Here's an interesting fact: Corn Pops are completely different (and way better) in Canada than they are in the USA. The Canadian Corn Pops are shaped and textured like bigger versions of Kix.

For hot cereal I go with a good old bowl of Oatmeal with brown sugar and a couple pieces of PB Toast.
But my all-time favorite is Corn Flakes with Banana's.

I like my cereal soggy. These two with light brown sugar on them are sweet.

I noticed that most of the cereals today are nothing like what they were when I was a child. The Monster cereals are a complete joke and shouldn't even be allowed to be marketed as such. The so called crunch berries in Cap'n Crunch are almost flavorless and do not possess any of the zip that they used to. What happened to the Cookie Crook?

I can't choose just one cereal as a favorite because I'm always in the mood for different stuff. here is a list of a few that I eat from time to time.

This is true. In the 70's they rocked the spinning wheel, grain type cereal like Cheerios, but now they are glazed over, corn syrup shapes that taste like nothing more then chemicals. I preferred the little marshmallows too that looked like the little pellets compared to the huge monstrosities they have now.

    When it was good-

Speaking of cereals, here's a few discontinued cereals from my youth that I would give my left nut for now.

But could we add the worst ever.
The only reason I know this crap we had to sell it when i worked in the super market way back in the early '90's. It sat on an end cap for months and never sold so we used to have eating contents with this crap.

I don't drink milk anymore(doesn't sit well with my stomach) but have found that many cereals are good as a munchy/crunchy type snack. The one I like most is honey but cheerios.
