fate of final year contract starters

Dean.... 8-10M guaranteed on a four deal would hardly be an over pay. But lets be honest, any sort of extension for Murphy would be a deal breaker in your mind because simply put you have been looking to be right about him being a mistake from the moment we drafted him.

Read Shark's entire post. He stated if TM gets nine sacks in 12 games this season, he can SEE him getting a Morgan type contract. He also never said the contract would be here. It would make sense if he stayed for us if he comes back the same way.

I disagree. Major hype for JG last year. Was brought here to be a pass rush specialist. We will see if Tm gets resigned. IMO if that happens Smith will have to really shit the bed this year.

whom cares about major hype ? he was coming off the worst injury and athlete can . hall has had 2 achilles tears and hasnt ever been the same .

the fact is he hasnt played a down for us at all and he may not make it back to being more then a 3 to 5 sacks guy.

and i am willing to bet anderson could be and ilb eventually

as for TM this guy plays well at multiple positions and works hard he is valuable

and yes you have rooted against this guy and bash him at every opportunity to include saying his success was PED induced . if that's rooting for someone then i would hate to see rooting against

the fact is TM has in fact proven to be a good pick he has improved every year , done everything asked of him can play multiple positions effectively . he has started 2 seasons worth of games and played starters minutes last season .

if he signs elsewhere for more then we can pay , then that says another team likes him as well

that draft we got , 3 starters in essence , TM , long , and moses and instead of seeing that you worry about being right over the fact we did well
