1)The only real mistake Moore makes is to continue in keeping Yost
Yost
1) intentially got rid of Seitzer, most likely more out of eliminating a threat of someone who could take over Manager
2) the new hitting coaches to change the approach of a team to "hit more HR" to justfy firing Seitzer.
4) complete fail of the "HR" approach fell on Yost...they say most managers effect only 10 games a season, yost's "HR" approach almost reached 2 months of games or around 55 games.
