I don't see it.

The whole DPI thing does make sense. If he hit digs when he dove, it would have been DPI. He should have approached the play with more control. It looks like he had plenty of time to assess the play, almost completely stop and wrap Diggs up.

This is my thought, as well.

Guy went in with an attempt to try and stop the catch, when the catch was part of what would guarantee the Saints winning. Diggs catch + tackle in bounds = game over. That thought wasn't in his mind there, for whatever reason. And then he starts thinking about whether or not he's going to get flagged for DPI, instead of focusing on keeping him away from the sideline, and it all goes to shit.
