So ESPN has been selling the remodel as a result of LaRussa's senior moment. You know, because put the blueprints, contractors and everything else that goes into this together over a week in response to a gaff that ZERO opponents have ever made before in the Ballparks 17 years of existence.

According to the Rangers, this has been in the plans since like 2008 or 2009. they made changes last off-season and they have additional changes scheduled for next off-season

Don't bother with the facts. I wouldn't be surprised if ESPN reports that the changes were demanded by LaRussa as a retirement gift.

As far as Baseball goes, watch the MLB Network. ESPN doesn't do their homework and they only cover Three Teams. The Yankees, Red Sox and Phillies. Someone Gives ESPN Information and they run with it. Don't really care about the Accuracy of the Facts.

now that would be poetic. and i'd have a name plate on it calling it the "Tony LaRussa Memorial Phone"
