Yes, i read this earlier and I think there's some momentum going now, especially with Mitchell's reports. Lubrano is playing the hard-line, refusing to sign on because he feels it legitimizes the sanctions in the first place. You need someone doing that.

This Miami case is undermining Emmert's authority, too, in my opinion.
