I think a lot of what he says as far as still backing Freeh findings is bunk, but any help turning tide on sanctions is ok with me.

Yes, i read this earlier and I think there's some momentum going now, especially with Mitchell's reports. Lubrano is playing the hard-line, refusing to sign on because he feels it legitimizes the sanctions in the first place. You need someone doing that.

This Miami case is undermining Emmert's authority, too, in my opinion.
