No, you don't have to keep any prospects. But they count to your 23.

I don't like having a minimum of any type of keeper... if you want to keep more than 5 prospects you should... so i dont like the 23+5...

I can see 23 being to small as we are only 12 owners... we can definitely turn 23 into 25... But there shouldn't be a minimum of any type of keeper...
