He wasn't doing much better with an AD, this doesn't change where I'm at with Riley but I'll hide and watch

weird, i kinda had the opposite thought about MR being done when i heard Eichorst got fired.

if i recall the Eichorst search took some time, so if that search extends for the next couple of months, then by the time that guy gets on board, unless our season really goes to shit (like 3-9 type shit), I'd think the new AD would have some leniency and give MR one more year to have a better chance to "evaluate" him.
