Well, we can't afford to claim him that's for sure. If he goes unclaimed I'd talk to him, but he has been bad this year - I think he's still hurt. As bad as he's playing, If he would come cheap he would immediatey be our top safety.

Not sure what he is getting, but they probably have a little more cap space than us. Honestly, It's not like Reed is a slam dunk at this point or he would have been claimed. He has been bad this year. The main reason I wanted to bring him in was because as bad as he was I can't imagine he can't help us after watching our safeties, but it's not like this is the Ed Reed from a few years ago.
