Last I heard was a month for Helm. I'm not the most up-to-date fan, however.

Last I heard was a month for Helm. I'm not the most up-to-date fan, however.

I think Helm is going to be on the long term injury list to get the team under the salary cap to start the season. Last I heard his back isn't allowing for contact yet and could be a month or two. The long term designation means he must miss at least the first 10 games.

This team needs to trade a forward or two.
