I still say this position has gone from a major strength to the biggest weakness on the offense. Intersting to hear them say what they are looking for in a TE - how important the ability to block is and fit our scheme (not who is just the best pass catcher or athletic ability).

Of course blocking is highly desired.....that's been Ertz's big weakness. It was something that made Celeks value elevate the last few years....and it helped Burton as well. Now they both are gone and so is the TE blocking acumen across the position.

Pass catcher is always good....but they want to make sure they have blocking as well (and more than pass catching it sounds like). I can get behind this.
