Some options for us on Day 2 in no order.

Isaiah Oliver CB: Surprised this guy is still available; very good cover guy.

Will Hernandez OG: Powerful player who can eventually step in at LG and dominate in the running game.

Josh Jackson CB: No clue how he didn't go in the first

Darius Guice RB: Play maker to complete our RB trio

Justin Reid S: Would be one of our top options should he drop

Malik Jefferson LB: Solid all around Backer who fires towards the ball carrier.

Maurice Hurst DT: Solid DLineman if we go that route

Jessie Bates S: Really like his Center field abilities

Connor Williams OL: Could be a steal due to an injured 2017

James Daniels OG/C: Versatile lineman to improve depth

Donte Jackson CB: Fast Corner who can also return.

Dallas Goedert TE: We have to take TE at some point

Mike Gesicki TE: I think he can be an excellent receiving option, but not a good blocker.

Ronald Jones RB: Would bring an explosive aspect to our RB stable

Brian O'Neill OT Pitt: My darkhorse

Nick Chubb RB: Injury history, but still a solid option

Tyler Crosby OT: Another solid option at Tackle

You forgot WR Courtland Sutton.

There might be more trades today.

Happy they moved down. Wouldn't be sad if they moved back some more.

Nearly everyone of those guys will be gone by 52.

The plan seems to be to get picks for next year. This year is a so what. If they really wanted to do something this year they'd have gotten a second, third and 5 or 6 as well this year instead of taking something for next year.

I think many of those guys will be gone by 52, but some will be there. He listed like 17 picks, plus Sutton, and there are literally only 20 spots to the pick. Keep in mind guys like QB Mason Rudolph will go high in the second. And pass rusher Harold Landry of Boston College will likely go in this round, though he is apparently falling due to medical concerns.

I wish we had traded down to about 45, but all things considered, what Howie did makes sense.

Good point Iggy, I forgot Landry. I had him going in the first for sure. He is a great EDGE.

nearly, but not all, it's just a list of who could be available at the pick, you only need one to be there.

I'm willing to bet that at least 7 of the 17 I listed will still be there at our pick. I didn't really list any DE's, QB's or WR's ... plus everyone has different rankings. I wouldn't mind trading down again though for more picks in 2019.

Just my opinion here and I think I saw something similar on BGN in regard to trading our late rounders to move up into mid rounds like 3rd and 4th rounds. That would be sweet.

EVERY year people say that Kendricks is going to be traded and he is STILL an Eagle.
Keep an eye on SF to possibly trade for Kendricks. They had interest last season, but for whatever reason they did not. However, Foster is in trouble and maybe be gone for awhile. I think if he goes, it will be to the 49ers.

Good point. I'd like to move up n the 2nd, to get a prime pick. Round 3, it doesn't matter as much how high a pick it is, IMO. I just want at least one pick in each round.

At work, but I have ESPN on and I heard a blurb that the Eagles are one of the teams looking to trade up In Rd 2. You guys in the Philly area hearing anything?

Haven't yet but I believe it. Trade down to snag the extra pick next year. Trade back up to use some extra late round draft capital this year that we don't need.

Then we still get our target. And of the 2 4ths, and 3 later picks, we only could use like 3-4 guys anyway.

I see us trading for some 2019 picks regardless of what we do in round 2.

DB OR OL from that list, I still think we moved too far back. But I guess an extra 2nd is nice for next year.

Since we missed Sony Michel I'm going with a reach for Shaq Griffin

I wouldn't be surprised if they trade down from 52 - maybe for an extra 3rd.
Maybe they trade Foles for a 3rd and a 1st next year.

Christian Kirk would make for a nice T Smith replacement.
