Random? Random but then get to choose spot? What does everyone feel?

My choice would just be random to start the league and snake. Then, I would say for the non playoff teams, a reverse order of standings. Then, for playoff teams, it would be reverse order of playoff finish, not regular season record.

As for season one, I don't really care, but the choose your spot does sound fun. .

Year to year, I still believe in reverse order of end of year standings..which should reflect playoffs results anyways. An 11-5 team who wins the championship, will be listed as first place, the 15-1 team they beat would be listed in second

Agree, got say choosing your spot sounds fun, but dang hard to decide. I don't have a certain spot I like best.
