With some of the players who have been listed on some team's trade blocks, I'm definitely looking into potential offers...and ud live to grab that #1 pick. Doubtful I'd pay the price tag though

After studying what I can find on him..wouldn't care if he ended up with the arena league, I'd still take him #1

Well, I really have a hard time with ranking guys until they have a home. Last yr Fournette was the consensus #1 and he did land in a good spot, yet guys like Kamara and Hunt were actually better fantasy options - and they went rounds later in our draft. .... Not saying Barkley or Guice don't have the pedigree - but opportunity is such a huge factor it can't be ignored just based on talent alone.
IMO about the only thing that is a 'given' for this yr is that teams like CLE, NYJ, BUF, DEN, and ARI will be going after a QB. Could possibly be FA (like Cousins, if he moves on add WAS to the list) or addressed in the draft - but it's a big time need for all of them. Not sure any of the rooks are franchise type players but I'm betting we see 3-4 go much earlier than currently projected.

That's fair. I try to make my lists 10-20 deep at RB and WR before the draft and then modify after the draft based on position that way both factors are taken into consideration.
