As a Wake fan, I'm jealous of the experience Duke has on their team. Haha.

What do you expect out of Duke this year? Despite being rivals, I always like to see schools with a strong academic reputation do well in football. You don't see it enough.

I respect Wake Forest immensely. I've seen many games in Winston-Salem.

Sirk is the unknown coming into this season. That is why the pre-season polls have the Blue Devils absent, IMHO. They can be a Top 25 team by season's end. And their schedule is favorable to make a run. They play Boston College from the Atlantic. They don't have FSU, UofL, Clemson, or NCSU to play. They can beat anybody on their schedule. That said, I have them at 8-4. Injuries are always trouble for academic schools. They just cannot sustain depth like Miami and FSU can.
