We get to face David Price again in today's make-up of a rain-out.

Hopefully he won't pitch like the owner of a career 1.17 WHIP he is.

It would also be nice if I could get past confusing him with basketball player MARK Price.

GO RED SOX!

Time to treat price's ERA like a balloon and INFLATE it!

Anyone else going to post on this thread?

Dubront should know by now that with his erratic control he's not going tosee many
debatable pitches called strikes by home plate umpires.

When will he actually improve his control to the point he where some of those calls go HIS way?

81 pitches it took Dubront to get through 4 innings, while Price needed only 40. :gaah:

Don't you wish those numbers were reversed?

Who's warming in the bullpen?

Time to get another reliever warming.

Hopefully De La Torre's WHIP will go down with experience, but he's not looking good this afternoon!

Thank goodness De La Torre finished the inning better than he started it!

I still won't complain if that's his only inning today.

that runner was safe though if you are talking about Nava, ump admitted to it after the game, thought he was safe on the live play and really showed it on the replay, Jerry Meals was the ump, not in position and blocked by Molina...terrible call and Sox had momentum to win this game

oh I know he was safe and SHOULD have been called safe! But Nava should have scored initially on the double from Drew.

sadly nothing will happen to Meals...
