We trade with the Bills and acquire their #12 and #22 picks.

Pick #12 - Roquan Smith - LB, Georgia
Pick #22 - Christian Kirk - WR, Texas A&M
Pick #40 - Isaiah Oliver - CB, Colorado

All 3 would be good additions to the Broncos, IMO. However, I hate the thought of giving up the number 5 pick. I'm not sure that 12 and 22 is enough compensation in my book to walk away from 5.

I would like will Hernandez or Guice instead of Kirk

Taking a slot WR in round 1 wouldn't be great value.

Love the 3 players but not really for us.

I love Kirk, he is my top rated WR in this draft (as you all know James Washington is my favorite) but I don't see it in round 1. Would I be happy? Yeah, sure I am very high on him.

Smith is a tackle machine, beast..

Oliver we all seem to love him.

But we neglected some major areas in the top 3.

I think we are going LB early though for sure. (Not saying round 1) but before day 3.

The Broncos are certainly - kicking the tires on all the top LBs in the draft. I agree with you based on the smoke signals.

The LBer from Iowa has played in like 51 college games. That's solid production and very rare.

Starter since his RS FR year. Athletically he doesn't jump out on ya, but guy sheds, tackles and is also good in coverage. Guy who just gets the job done week in and week out.

For the longest time if you asked Alexa who the mayor of Iowa City, IA was she would answer "The mayor or Iowa City, Iowa is Josey Jewell", sadly they changed that.

Have to self correct myself

After watching cuts up Guice not that impressed
He rarely makes anyone miss and his big runs are
Through giant holes.

Guice is really built on vision and explosion. Pound for pound he is tough, but his game isn't running people over and dancing... Explosion, cut and go. Which fits the scheme here.

Yea I would maybe move up a little bit for him, but Barkley is the only rb I would take early

Other than Smith, I can think of two other players at each spot I'd rather have then all of them.

Bucky Brooks said that he talked to an exec or scout that said that Guise is the best between the tackles runner in this draft, including Barkley.

Hard to disagree with that. He would be a huge addition to this offense and offer a skillset that this RB group is missing for sure.

Both are incredible RB's. Barkley is the better all around RB. Guice probably hits the hole and explodes quicker.

Barkley is more durable.

Agreed on all parts. The idea of getting Guice at say 22 though compared to Barkley at 5 kind of evens things out for me. Let's say we get Guice and Roquan Smith I would say that value is much more than just Barkley alone
