Obviously I can improve at QB and TE, but with Matty Ice/Cam at QB I feel comfortable throwing one of them out there every week. Not sure what to do at TE though.

i think at qb you roll out ryan, and possibly even cut cam depending whose available on waivers, benjamin is a huge loss

TE your fine, eiferts gonna be good IMHO, or play the wiaver wire, its your RB situation that scares me, hyde is gonna be off the field on third downs, and will get some carries sent to kendall.....and reggie

randle is fighting injuries, and theres still that nagging mcfadden thing

beyond that you have no rb's jones may not even be rb #2 for wash, and foster is hurt.......

Went to the waiver wire following the draft and got Crowell and dropped Jones. My thoughts on Foster is, even if he comes back week 6-8, he's still a great talent and where I got him I saw it as a steal. If it back fires, it backfires.

Great draft @jwolt92 !

QBs... Ryan & Newton. I agree with SP that Newton is expendable. But I'd hold onto him. Maybe use him as trade bait. Ryan will be your starter for most of the year. I probably would have drafted a TE over Newton in that round. Probably better talent available.

RBs... Hill, Hyde, Randle, Foster & Jones. Pretty damn solid! Surprised that Randle lasted until the 5th. Great value grab right there. But hopefully by season start he maintains the starting role. Foster will be a HUGE boost to your team down the stretch.

WRs... Bryant, Cooks, Marshall, Agholor, & Funchess. Very strong group. You'll be sitting pretty all season long.

TEs... Reed & Eifert... I'm going to go out on a limb and say Eifert is your best option. Reed has shown upside, so you can definitely stream these 2.

DEF... Panthers... They have great linebackers, and decent D-line. Hard to tell at this point. What's available on waivers?

K... Carpenter. Pretty good choice. I'm not one to invest a whole lot of thought into kickers, but someone that has been far too overlooked is Garrett Hartley. He's the new Steelers kicker. So far has been very solid in the preseason. Shaun Suisham was going as high as the 9th round in most leagues before his injury. Hartley inherited a very good offense to kick behind. Make no mistake, he'll be atop the scoring leaders if he maintains the starting position. He is only owned in less than 2% of almost every platform (ESPN, NFL, Yahoo, etc).

You should get Jones back hes looked good in preseason and i've heard nothing but good coming out of their camp. Alf is in a contract year and the redskins don't want to pay him plus he's a horrible blocker and receiver both areas Jones excels at. Anyways no reason to roster 2 TE's drop one of them and get him back.

Best available: 49ers, Chiefs, Steelers, Colts, Cowboys

A few teams carrying 2 defenses at this point.

I definitely am a fan of Jones, but saw the opportunity with Crowell available and figured I could slip Jones by a few guys for the time being. Who do you think is the best option at TE out of those two at this point? I'm leaning towards Reed being he's the second best option behind DJax and Eifert still has a few guys to pass, not sure though.

I prefer Eiferts upside plus Reed gets injured every time he takes the field either way it won't be hard to replace their production with a free-agent if they don't work out. Running backs are harder to find so unless a player has an early bye and i need a backup i prefer to fill my bench with as many RB flyers as i can.

You could try trading Foster to whoever has Alfred Blue? It wouldn't help your rb situation now but it certainly wouldn't hurt you now either and maybe down the line you can turn something into a decent rb?

I'd honestly take the Chiefs D over the Panthers.

If I were to go another direction, I think I'd be leaning towards the Colts. Jacksonville x2 Tennessee x1 (second matchup is in week 17), Buffalo, NYJ, Houston x2, then Tampa Bay. That's 8 matchups where I think they could do some damage and rack up the points.

Yea but the Colts D isn't anything special.

Another question: Someone just dropped Joique Bell for David Cobb, worth the pick up?

did it, had to pull the trigger. Dropped Jordan Reed. So roster looks identical to the beginning minus Matt Jones and Reed plus Bell and Crowell. Feel like my team took a step in a positive direction with those two add/drops.

Lots of Seahawk homers in this league, but someone did just grab David Cobb. had him sitting on my watch list
