Does Frost think Mike Riley won't work out at Nebraska?

Bopleeny soured the whole 'coordinator turned 1st time head coach' thing. There is a risk to the additional responsibilities that you don't know if they can handle until they've been given the opportunity.
College and Pro football are littered with failed head coaches that were great coordinators.
Of course there are successes, but there are far more failures.
I don't think you'll ever see another coordinator given the head coaching job at Nebraska unless promoted from within. Even then the fans and boosters will be skeptic.
