I am OK with the Astros, but I would have taken ANY team in the NL over the dogs.

It's hard not to believe it's the Dodgers' year at this point but they've beaten a 93 and a 92-win ball club. The Astros are going to be their toughest challenge yet, despite the Cubs being the hottest team since the all-star break.

I'm leaning Dodgers in 6.

If we're talking completely literal desires than obviously I would've taken the Tigers vs my hometown Reds. But did I think for even a second that that was realistic at any point this year? No. I'm referring to being simply a baseball fan that wants to see the best matchup. And if that is the case then yes, the Dodgers vs Astros is what I've wanted most all year and I would say the majority of people would agree.

It's important for LA to win tonight. If they go down 1-0 and have already used Kershaw once then that would be a rough way to start for them. Obviously it would be far from over, but just sayin'...

well (granted didn't end the way they wanted) the Yankees went down and made it a ballgame.... Red Sox did it so it's possible...

I think/hope the addition of Verlander will be the difference. He has been otherworldly since he became an Astro.
