The problem with that is every receiver in the league puts his hand on the CB while running routes. It was pass interference and they announced it on the speakers for the fans... then overturned it. I have never seen that happen ever in the NFL. Also Dez ran out on to the field with his helmet off which was yet another 15 yard penalty they let slide. It was a catch to me but they shouldn't have been playing GB in the first place. Even if they called off setting penalties on the WR and the LB they should have got a first down for an offensive player running on to the field with not helmet.

I believe he had control of the ball for quite a while, but:

1) Stumbling to the ground does not constitute a football move.

2) He did not maintain possession while going to the ground.

I voted yes because there is no 'maybe' option.

That said, it was clear the Cowboys head coach (dunno who it was, don't care at all) was concerned and definitely not celebrating after the so called touchdown. This leads me to believe the NFL was ultimately right in their decision. The coaches knew the rules... and so did the refs. Nobody started going nuts outside of the stupid fanbase and fuckboy announcers.
