No- he did not based on what the NFL rules say- or at least you can safely manipulate them to say so if that is what is agreed upon per the refs.

Loaded question. Are you asking as per the NFL rules that particular day, are you asking as per historical NFL rules, are you asking as per today's rules, or just from a common sense perspective of what should be a catch?

If common sense, of course it was a catch. There is no question that was and should be a "catch".

If you are asking as per the rules in place as of that day. No, it was not a catch. Letter of the law it was incomplete and replay was correct.
