i like the move -- they gave up a 6th rounder, but if they can tap into his potential, he could be a guy who provide depth and can fill in for Decker while he is gone.

They also signed Cyrus Kouandjiu. Former 2nd round pick from Bama.

Not major moves, but the type of moves you see the Pats make many times.

Lions acquired OT Greg Robinson from the Rams in exchange for a 2018 sixth-round pick.

Working behind Jamon Brown at right tackle during minicamp, it was clear Robinson, the No. 2 overall pick in 2014, was done with the Rams. It makes sense for the Lions to see what Robinson can do with Taylor Decker likely to miss the start of the season with a shoulder injury, but he has shown nothing to this point to suggest he can be even a competent fill-in. Robinson is not guaranteed to make the final roster.

Lions signed OT Cyrus Kouandjio.

The moves comes on the same day the Lions sent a sixth-round pick to the Rams for OT Greg Robinson. The dueling moves suggest they both are worried LT Taylor Decker (shoulder surgery) will not be ready for a while and did not like what the backups showed in minicamp. Kouandjio started five games at left tackle for the Bills last season.

Two of the 8 guys are left from the haul the Rams got when the Skins lost their mind for RG3.

Wish we woulda signed Reif instead of the guy with hip surgery from Brother Rice that married a Ford.

Stafford will be lucky to make it through the year without a major injury. Defenses will be rushing him non stop from the left. Only bright side is our RBs should lead the league in receptions if they can stay healthy (Riddick and Abdullah).

This is not ideal, I am all for taking a chance on former high pedigree players, but I would prefer we did it where there is no dire need. Hoping one of these 2 turn around their career seems like a bad situation, but it is the best we could hope for after Decker got hurt. Oline options are thin, it is why so many bad options got major paychecks this off season.

Lions cut Landes to make room. We used a pick on a long snapper and he never played a down. That is a bad pick.

Hopefully muzz doesn't start up his Win/Loss thread any time soon.

I'm at about 3 right now.

I knew it was a bad pick, but I figured if you are spending a pick on a long snapper you are going to get a decade out of him.

I suppose if Mulbach was retiring then it would not have been terrible pick. They could stash him on the PS if he clears I think.
