D'Backs/Tigers. Detroit might want to keep an eye on D'Back Brandon Drury for next season. Might be a good and inexpensive utility guy. He's played a lot of 2B this year and has played 3B and the corner outfield spots (his OF play is not recommended). He could provide depth as SS too. With 3B and 2B being ? for next year and perhaps Romine getting too expensive for a glove only guy...Drury would supply a little offense as a utility man and give Ausmus' replacement some starting options at 2-3 positions. I don't think AZ sees him as a starter as he lacks power and is only an average infielder....shouldn't cost much in trade.

Teams put lots of players on revocable waivers in August. Just to see if anyone has an interest in them. They can always pull them back off waivers if someone claims them.
