I don't see it that way.

DT had 7 kids from 5 different women, all whom lived in poverty and in section 8 housing despite this man being a millionaire.

The cause of his accident that led to his death was because he was spending in excess of 100mph on snowy/icy roads. Him and a passenger were thrown from the vehicle cause they didn't wear a seat belt. Passenger died, DT paralyzed and a third passenger in the car lived and walked away because they had a seat belt on. Imagine that?

His mother and 5 baby momma's tried to sue GM for 70+ million claiming a faulty roof was the cause of his death.
