This came out in the paper....It sounded like it was a shady jacked up deal for Westbrook. With the owner just being a total racist b***h.

OU receiver Dede Westbrook subjected to racial epithets before trespassing charge

When officers arrived, they found a car belonging to Brenda Vega blocking the driveway so that Westbrook’s truck could not leave.

Westbrook told police he was at the house to see Vega’s daughter and gave police information to run a check, which came back clear.

When an officer informed Vega that Westbrook’s truck would not be towed, she became more aggravated and said she did “not do black people” and used the n-word in stating that she did not want Westbrook on her property.

Eventually, Westbrook’s aunt arrived at the scene to see what would happen to her nephew.

Vega continued to get more agitated and said she was going to have the whole black community of Cameron at her house, according to the report.

The way I imagine it the police officer knew the lady was a racist and had a bad attitude and had to charge Dede with trespassing but probably didn't want to just because of what happened a year before.
