1. Trade down to Seattles #26. Get #26 and #56(2).

R1 #26. Cristian McCaffrey RB Stanford. Despite the recent hype, no way he goes before here. Great receiver. Awesome in space. Not real big but I address that later.

R2 #43 - Malik McDowell DT Mich St. another recent hype guy that won't go in round 1. Replaces Bennie Logan with maybe a better pass rush. Gotta help the young CBs.

R2 #58 - Kevin King CB Wash. 6'3" to cover these big WRs in the division.

R3 Chidobe Awuzie CB Colorado. Another nice CB with big potential.

R4 #118 Elijah Qualls DT Washington. Need beef up front

R4 #149 James Conner RB Pitt. 6'2" 235 . Love this kid. Big and runs hard.

R5 Marquez White CB FSU. Played against the best. Yep, another CB.

Very good. sign me up!

I would have wanted another WR to groom behind Smith and Jeffrey, though.

I agree. I just didn't see anyone I really wanted after round 3.

I want an elite CB in rd 1 and I hate to be a part of this but Mixon in Rd. 2 might be incredible. Dez slipped WAAAAAY back and is paying huge dividends. We could be picking up a potential superstar in the 2nd while also nabbing an elite CB prospect rd. 1

It would be hard to root for the guy though.

Awuzie might be a 1st round pick - no way he slips to Rd 3.

I would swap the King/McDowell picks - not the biggest fan of McDowell, but could be good value in Rd 2 if he were there with #58 in your scenario.

Love the Conner pick. I hope that actually happens, would love to see him in Midnight Green.

"It would be hard to root for the guy though".

If Lurie gives the OK, then I'm good with picking Mixon, and I would root for him, not for what he's done, but that he will change completely, and show remorse, and do community service, and become a rel testimony to what anyone can do if they truly want to change. Maybe the leaders like Jenkins, Hicks, Wentz, etc., would mentor him. If Lurie says NO, then I would agree, and avoid him.

I honestly think somebody will take Mixon before our 2nd pick. Heck, I could even see a team like Seattle take him.

y would seattle trade you?
I never said anything about Seattle trading with us. I could see them taking Mixon possibly with their 1st round pick (doubtful). I just used Seattle as an example.

Nice work, Deano! You talked me into King....even if it was a little early. I like height.
Also, loved the Conner pick where it was....dude has some spark when I have seen him play.

I ran the old website. No commentary on each player as I am not a pro. Just a guy with one "experts" rankings and my own knowledge of Eagles needs. If a shlub like me can do this adequately then the birds should do awesome in a month.

One note I found interesting....I took CB at 14, but in the second round the trades were too nice. I traded down twice to the late second and grabbed an extra 3rd and two extra 4ths. That felt right!

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 14: Marlon Humphrey, CB, Alabama (B)
Round 2 Pick 30 (PITT): Kevin King, CB, Washington (C+)
Round 3 Pick 10: Joe Mixon, RB, Oklahoma (A-)
Round 3 Pick 30 (PITT): Dalvin Tomlinson, DT, Alabama (A-)
Round 4 Pick 12: Erik Magnuson, OT, Michigan (B)
Round 4 Pick 28 (PITT): Travis Rudolph, WR, Florida State (B)
Round 4 Pick 32 (COMP): Joe Mathis, DE, Washington (C-)
Round 4 Pick 33 (NYG): D'Onta Foreman, RB, Texas (B-)
Round 5 Pick 11: Corn Elder, CB, Miami (Fla.) (C-)
Round 6 Pick 10: Ryan Switzer, WR, North Carolina (B)
Round 7 Pick 12: Brandon Bell, OLB, Penn State (C)

Good job, Orlando, I especially like the Switzer pick!

He was just sitting there in the sixth. I would have expected him to go a bit before that. I was just looking for BPA/depth/backup plans. And that could work. I watched him snare some amazing catches from Trubisky last year when they upset the Seminoles.

And I do think Travis Rudolph might just do OK in the NFL. He was pretty good for the Noles.
