Softy saying richard is going to be gone (hired by indy or fired presumably) and qb coach fired also.

I cant see how bevell and his qb coach get canned but cable stays...

Wilson and lynch are not below average, without them carroll is gone after 4 years of 7-9 football.
Bevell rode their coat tails like he rode brett favre, adrian peterson, and percy harvin on the vikings.
Thank fucking god! Now get rid of defensive coach....

We just need a new OL coach. We DONT need cable running the whole offense.

Heh.

Sarkisian.

The paucity of ideas if funny as shit. I have hope that Allen and Schneider have a plan in place.

This WAS the time to be firing guys if that's what we were going to do.

One thing we know for certain under the Carroll regime is that he loves to promote from within... this is why the fact that Cable still has a job is terrifying. There is a real legitimate chance he’ll become the next OC.

Hiring Cable as the OC isn't a promotion. He's already assistant HC.

Changes had to be made, we've been getting stale the last couple years... Change can be good, that's the hope anyway... PLEASE PLEASE don't bring back Gus Bradley though... Let's move forward and give someone else a chance.. I think Cable is gonna be replaced also...

That's true, he does tend to do that.. I hope that's not the case here.. He did bring in Quinn in 2013 which was a HUGE pick-up to our coaching staff, hopefully we go that direction again...

Well, I think that's just a fairly common leadership thing -- develop your subordinates into the next step. But promoting from within isn't how we got Bevell or the 2 guys before him. Or Gus Bradley. Or Cable. Or Quinn (was Florida DC for 2 years between gigs in Seattle). There's been a mix and match of both promoting from within and bringing coaches from elsewhere.

Last year teams were denied request to interview him, not sure that has changed just yet.

He interviewed for chicago's hc spot, he is only a qb coach though so he is primed for an oc job at least

If I'm guessing (and that's all any of us are doing) they're going to wait and see who they can get as OC before they announce any move on Cable.
