After watching him last week, he’s a dumbass if he thinks he’s ready for the NFL
Yep, I don't get this. If he had the opportunity to go to a class organization and sit for 2 to 3 years and further develop his skills, he'd be fine. But, if he goes to a situation like Cleveland or NY and gets thrown in the lion's den, starting as a rookie, he will be in trouble. Cleveland is a friggin' graveyard for QBs, and if I'm Darnold, right now I'm hoping that Allen, Mayfield, and Rosen all get drafted ahead of me.

Good. The more QB's the better....potentially pushes more talent down to #9/#10.

The Browns can come out of this draft with Rosen and Barkley and still manage to go 1-15 next season
Honestly, I think the Browns could be a playoff team in 2 years with that kind of setup.

Feel bad for whichever team draft this guy

Feel bad for whoever Cleveland drafts. Yes, I know, their defense isn't bad and some say they are a QB away from being 7-9. ;) But still, it's Cleveland.

denver needs a qb............
Yeah Denver has drafted several garbage QBs recently. Darnold is coming out because the money is there and with the right team and coaching, he should be a decent QB in the future.

And they want no part of him, they're apparently high on Mayfield and while he has his problems OU has much better QB production results than USC.
LOL, who Bradford?

I didn't say OU produced amazing QB's but you take Palmer at USC and that's it compared to Bradford, Troy Aikman(2 years at OU before UCLA) and hell even shitty Landry Jones. If I had to guess whether a QB at OU or USC would be better in the NFL I'm saying Oklahoma 9/10.

Palmer was twice the QB that Bradford is/was. Landry Jones was no better than Mark Sanchez. Leinart, and Barkley coming out of USC. Did Troy Aikman even play that much for the Sooners?

On October 19 1984, Miami's Jerome Brown broke through the offensive line, sacked Aikman on the Sooner 29-yard line and broke Aikman's ankle. Aikman, who had been six of eight passing for 131 yards, would be lost for the season. Switzer and offensive coordinator Jim Donnan were forced to switch back to the wishbone offense under freshman quarterback Jamelle Holieway. The team went on to win the 1985 National Championship. With Holieway established as the starting quarterback at OU, Aikman decided to transfer to UCLA.

I don't know enough about the current qb developers in Cleveland.
I am one of the few that believe Sam has a chance to be an excellent qb here, but if he gets in with the wrong group of coaches and players, he is not going to be able to succeed.

Hell might as well come out this year for the $$$$$$$$. There is a strong possibility that the Browns will have the 1st overall pick again next year.

You gotta know this is what the kids are thinking. And hell, I'd do the same thing. A first round signing bonus will set you up for life if you can manage your money intelligently.

Rosen has all the tools. Will be much better than Mayfield....unless he's drafted by the Browns
Rosen can't get through a complete college season.Rosen is injury prone. Can't take a routine hit at the college level.I can't see that translating well at the NFL level.

I wish him well. He gave us a lot of joy in 2016. Not so much in 2017 as his play really regressed but 2016 was a lot of fun.

we cant translate these minor injuries to nfl, sample size is too small

By that standard it's kinda hard to translate Rosen's ability at the NFL level. The injuries significantly decrease his sample size.He hasn't played in a big game. And missed a ton of time on what should be a routine hit for a QB on any level.Bad reputation in the locker room and off the field.Tbh I would put a few QB's over Rosen easy
