Damn: Julius is off the team

Lower Dauphin grad Joey Julius is no longer with the Penn State team.

Julius was the Lions' kickoff specialist in 2016. PSU spokesman Kris Petersen confirmed Monday that Julius will not be with the 2017 Lions.

This is horrible news I feel. I wish him the best.

Sucks, hope he gets his problem under control. I know he was expected back for fall camp.

He was only on kickoff duty, so not much. I would like to see Gillikin get a shot at kickoffs, he has a big leg. We will have much better talent on ST now with the depth we have added, so it can offset the touchback frequency going down.
