Its still a federal crime also. Being late to meetings doesnt get some people fired or reprimanded but for most football coaches its cause to discipline a player. If you're going to be a cop or be in the military you cant do recreational drugs either. You have to live by the rules that govern what ever you sign up for. You wanna smoke weed every day you should be a rapper you are ok there.
