D1 D/ST scoring change(?) Poll

Here it is, finally..the long awaited poll for possible D scoring changes.
Nameless options in an effort to avoid any possible personal biases...
Options are..

1. Keep it as is (plus adding the scoring for blocked kicks.. 2pts
2. Points Allowed
   
   0-3 (8 pts)
   4-10 (6 pts)
   11-17 (4 pts)
   18-27 (2 pts)
   28-37 (0 pts)
   38-47 (-2 pts)
   48 and up (-4 pts)
   
   Yards allowed
   
   0-149 total yards allowed (8 pts)
   150-199 total yards allowed (6 pts)
   200-299 total yards allowed (4 pts)
   300-349 total yards allowed (2 pts)
   350-449 total yards allowed (0 pts)
   450-499 total yards allowed (-2 pts)
   500+ total yards allowed (-4 pts)
   
   Blocked kicks worth 1 point
   (all other categories remain unchanged)
3. 8 points for shutout
   3 points from 1-15 points scored against
   -3 points for 35 or more points scored against
   0 points for 16 to 34 points scored against
   
   
   2 points for blocked kick and punt
   2 points for sack
   3 points for any TO(Fumble or interception)
   
   3 points for a TD from a TO
   
   6 points for a kick or punt return TD
   
   2 points for a safety
4. Basically the same as option two with a little tweak to yardage. make the scores 12-7-5-2-0--2--3--5. Not as much penalty on the mid range ones but still penalizing the high yardage game.
