I'm not going to respond to such an ignorant accusation. I don't see how anybody could go through school, college, and a police academy in my era and not have read it dozens of times.

I'm not sure either, but then again I know people with Masters Degrees that can't form complete sentences. Modern times I guess.

Law enforcement isn't exactly the hardest thing to get a degree in by the way, it's about the same level as a teaching degree. Both are near the bottom on the scale overall.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Each state has entire statutes guiding what police can and can't do based off of the U.S.C. We operate under state law. It is our legislative and judicial systems job to keep that in line with the constitution. Police are sworn to enforce state law as written. We have zero federal authority. And we do enforce, courts punish.

Wrong, you don't enforce anything, the courts do. You can only accuse. Although it doesn't surprise me that you thing you are judge/jury/executioner all rolled up in one.

By the way, what the fk doesn't having federal authority have to do with not violating individual rights? Are you areally that dumb?

You are the one acting like some mental superior being here to enlighten the world as to their ignorance. I mean dumb ass graduate degree holders, teachers, and police officers can use proper grammar when calling someone stupid occasionally.

Probably not me, I'm just trying to remember to breath I'm so stupid. But Alcatraz boy and Thurgood Marshall Jr. are the smartest people on the hoop.

You called out a typo. Congrats.

It has nothing to do with being superior, it has to do with reading the USC and it's supporting docs. Something you obviously have never done. It's an amazingly simple document to understand, although sometimes you have to look up a words meaning from back during that time, for example "welfare". The meaning is completely different now than it was then.

Holding a degree doesn't make one intelligent, only knowledgeable in what was taught in that particular course, which can often be wrong.

Except just about every law can have abuses (against the people). In the meantime SS is tanking, we have a huge deficit and everone is trying to avoid balancing the budget. I think there are more pressing matters than those few that get hurt by a law.

My dad is one of those people that still carries around a lot of cash. It's a rare day he doesn't have at least $500 on him. When he goes out of town, he's carrying thousands in cash. I've warned him about it, but I am still worried that he'll end up running into a civil forfeiture problem.
