It has nothing to do with illegal seizure of property.
You've never actually read the USC have you?
No property can be taken without due process. Cry all you want, that was what the intent was, and that is what the founders wrote.
You are an idiot. I'm done. I'm arguing with a mental midget. You asked where the USSC got their judicial review powers from. It was inferred in article six according to everybody that matters. Now you move the goalpost back to something else because you are wrong. Typical of a narcissist like yourself.
Funny coming from someone that swore an oath to a document he has never actually read.
It was not "inferred" in article VI, you're grasping at straws like most desperate law enforcement employees desperate to maintain the status quo of violating peoples rights at will.
No goal post was moved, it's has stayed the same all along. The only moving of the post was by individuals like yourself with the need to bastardize the USC for their own desire to hold power over others.
You have no idea what their intent was. But you can look at history to see it. Their crafted government did exactly what you are railing against. Since the beginning of this country. But you believe you know better what they meant than their actions showed.
Actually they wrote about their intent, you can find it in the Federalist Papers. More documents you have never actually taken the time to read.
And no they didn't.
"All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States."
This is why courts challenge the constitutionality of laws. It is their duty. Judicial Review is just a phrase to say they are doing their job. As intended...
Okay, find it and show me. You can't so you won't. I've sent you links on here showing asset seizure from the very earliest times of this country. You just choose to remain ignorant. And again, who are you and what is your background as the utmost expert on all this.
You should retake civics 101. You clearly failed it the first go around, and you are futher proof that any tool can be hired and provided a badge.
You have done no such thing.
Keep trying Barney.
Who are you and what is your qualifications to call our entire government wrong for 2 centuries?
You might be the most ignorant person I've ever talked to online. Just unbelievably arrogant. You haven't read a single thing I've linked. Obviously...
I'm a US Citizen that can read and has actually taken the time to read the USC and it's supporting docs such as the Federalist Papers. Documents that were written so that the average farmer of the day could understand them.
You can cite the USSC all you want, and people can simply cite case after case where they made sheit up.
I've read the USC, linking it doesn't do anything to help your position since you simply don't understand it, nor deny that you never actually read it.
Remember when you said you were leaving.
Waiting for the pvc glue on the well pipes to cure so I can turn the well back on, and waiting for the Pats game at 4:30. Lots of crappy early games.
I have Bengals/Ravens. Bored as fuck.
So you don't know shit. Got it.
P.S. Police officers enforce state laws which the courts decide are in line with the U.S.C. We have zero authority to decide what is constitutional or not. Just like you don't.
I have the NFL Sunday Ticket and can watch any game. Bored as Fk.
Wrong again. You are responsible to know if something is a USC violation, in particular to an individuals rights.
Also PO's don't enforce laws, the simply report what they believe to be a law being broken and make the accusation. The court enfoces the law.
You either not a cop, or a really dumb one.
Separate names with a comma.
