Qualified for the Sr. US Open. As far as all the whole "he could play on the PGA Tour" bs you here, he's the first athlete from another sport that I've heard of qualifying for a major (as major as it can get as far as the Sr Tour can go) event.

It used to be legend that in the Smoltz, Glavine, Maddox golf games...John had serious game and would take the money...this more or less confirms that...lol

Congrats...I think maybe one of the kickers back in the day had a real shot and it wouldn't surprise me to see Romo do it.
