When you are the host city, you hope for a SB with fans that travel well

Dallas for instance.......Youd get 100's of thousands of Cowboy fans in Minny, spending money hand over fist

The local Minnesota residents, thats a given for the host city, any city...

When it was in New York, New Yorkers were still filling bars, spending money everywhere, but it was the people from Seattle and Denver, that was the bonus to the economy

I'd think it would be because locals don't need to buy hotel rooms, eat out, rent cars/take taxis, pay airlines, buy winter coats (if Jacksonville makes it only)....etc...etc......etc......

Dome teams are 18-56 in those games. That's including retractable roof teams.

I knew it wasn't good odds. Of course, a lot of that is simply due to being the underdog and just playing on the road, may not be the weather at all in some cases. But still, Minny got their work cut out for them
