I remember Iggy getting tickets for fans who traveled down to Salt Lake City to watch Team Canada back in 2002. There won't be another Jarome Arthur-Leigh Adekunle Tig Junior Elvis Iginla anytime soon.

The last LIVE memory I have of Iggy is 2010

"IGGY"

I'm very ok with that .... It's the greatest live hockey memory I will forever love and remember. And he was so huge in that. Thank you Iggy

Maybe I should have put this in the Pittsburgh Penguins fans are not welcome thread (or something along those lines):

they just mentioned in the cesspool how trash the 2016 free agency period was ... Lucic Eriksson Ladd Brouwer

one could make an argument that Jimbo was responsible for pushing the market on these 4 worst of the worst contracts during that period lmao ... i think he was in on all 4 of the players

I'm not going to lie, I thought the Brouwer signing was a pretty good signing at the time, l guess that's one of the reasons why I'm not a NHL GM. I give Tre credit for recognizing that the game has passed Brouwer by and acknowledging that it was time to move on.

I guess Vienna has more than fine sausage :D

One of my first learning experiences in the Deep South:

Talking food with some new work colleagues and someone asked me if I had tried "Vi-eee-na" sausages yet? I had to ask them three times to repeat the food item before I could even figure out what they were talking about.

When I said I had not, the next question was "well, have you had potted meat yet?". No I said, but they piqued my interest. Went to a store trying to find these Southern delicacies. Here is the potted meat ingredient list:
