Maybe he's not interested? More isn't always better. In fact, i'd say in terms of fantasy trades, it's pretty much always not.

Don't know what I have to do with this, I was just commenting on my take on trading at this point, I'm not against it, but I'm also not jumping to make deals before there's a better idea about what they're gonna do. It's more of a gamble right now.

Based on what I can tell from the discussion he might still be thinking about the offer. Or he may not be interested and just hasn't declined it. You can cancel the offer if you don't want to keep it there. I'll let @Olyduck speak for himself about where he's at with it.

If you're asking if you have to set your starters every week, no, your lineups stay the same until you change it. Probably best practice to at least take a peak at it every midweek to make sure you're good with injuries and bye weeks and stuff though.
