I'll take the Under here. I figure it will be two guys. I'm not counting the first round lineman we take that gets to play 3rd tight end on 6 running plays a game.

OL/DL players drafted - O/U 3.5

I'm going Under..... It's such a clear need. Of course we won't address it.

Big 10 players drafted - O/U 4.5

I'll go Under. Now that we can just buy tape from other places, we've actually seen more players.

Players from Cincinnati, or played for UC - O/U .5

Over. It's time for a local kid.

Players drafted who have terrible tape but finished top 2 in a discipline at the Combine - O/U 1.5

Definitely over.

Players who have had major surgeries (knee, shoulder, etc) - O/U 1.5

Definitely over

ESPN/NFL Network (combined) mentions of Marv not winning a playoff game - O/U 8

Definitely over

Not taking the bet. I assume we'll get a qb in the 5th round.

Bengals take DB with 1st pick +9 (that’s right. Bet $100 to win $9)

Payout isn't high enough here.... If it were +25 I'd do it. I think they're going interior line. DB is always on the table though.

Are you or any of the other Bengal fans up for the SportsHoopla mock draft hokie? Bengals are still open

I'll do it, who y'all want me to draft?

I'm thinking all OL all the time. maybe one Tight end.
so 6 OL and 1 TE
sound good?

CB, tweaner LB and a K.

QB that stinks in the 5th round.

A running back with no speed in the 6th round.

A lifetime corner that projects to safety in the 4th round.

Guy that won't participate until October at the earliest in either the 1st or 2nd round.

That leave the tweaner backer somewhere around the 3rd I think. I'm with Dan - I don't think we're giving Fat Randy competition this year. Marvin was a little sensitive about questions regarding the kicker he should have kept.

Regardless of how this works out, you can be sure that our fans will be talking about how much the Bengals own the draft and how awesome Duke Tobin is at finding talent. They will mention this even though the Bengals haven't won a playoff game since I was in high school.

We're talking about a guy who has parlayed a few playoff appearances into a virtual lifetime contract.

Why wouldn't we continue to talk about how well the Bengals draft bc of 1.5 decent drafts 7 years ago?

I betcha fat randy is somewhere nailing those 60 yard field goals, training to put the Bengals on his back.

Players drafted who will see meaningful (non ST, non mop-up) snaps this year - O/U 2.5
Outside of Price, don't think we took anyone who is going to regularly contribute next year unless we see an injury at Safety. Under.

OL/DL players drafted - O/U 3.5
Pretty baffling, even for the Bengals, apparently line need isn't a need to the Brass. Center at 1, a lazyfuck DT in the 5th, and a guy who won't make the team in the 7th. Under.

Big 10 players drafted - O/U 4.5
Only 2 - both Buckeyes, naturally. Under.

Players from Cincinnati, or played for UC - O/U .5
Little disappointed here. Really could have made some more noise. Under.

Players drafted who have terrible tape but finished top 2 in a discipline at the Combine - O/U 1.5
Don't feel like combing through all of the combine/draft results, but I did like this 'tested well but can't play' excerpt re: Davonte Harris
The three-year starter tested well at the combine with a 4.43 second 40 yard dash, 22 reps on the bench press, and a 4.4 20 yard shuttle. His complaints are in his technique and hip fluidity, but he won’t be pressed to play early, so he will have the time to mature into a dependable player.

Line TBD.

Players who have had major surgeries (knee, shoulder, etc) - O/U 1.5
Mark Walton had ankle surgery - fantastic for a RB, and while he didn't have surgery, Auden Tate didn't play last year and is coming off a separated shoulder. Push. No one wins.

ESPN/NFL Network (combined) mentions of Marv not winning a playoff game - O/U 8
Bengals are an afterthought at this point, and rightfully so. Under.

Bengals drafting a replacement for Dalton +750 (bet $100 to win $750)
Of course we don't want to push Dalton. it would hurt his fragile head. Thankfully we threw away a pick on a MAC qb just to be sure we can officially fill our roster.

Bengals take DB with 1st pick +9 (that’s right. Bet $100 to win $9)
Close. 2nd round. Picked up 3 DBs, so thankfully the Bengals addressed what has apparently been their biggest area of concerns for the last 21 years.
