Sark left after battling with Saban

Im not sure about kiffin and Saban's relationship

It was strained, but Kiffin was the former HC at Tennessee and USC along with the Oakland Raiders, but Saban hired him as OC.

And Saban named Sark as OC, but Sark found greener pastures in the NFL.

Grasping at straws...Sark was the 5th Coach with head coaching experience on our staff...seems like if anything he likes having the experience on his staff.

Chip isn't going to Alabama as an offensive coordinator. You people are obsessed with the guy, calm down he isn't going back to college to be an OC.

I hope Chip goes. I can not see that working. Chip insisting on running 80 plays in practice and not wanting to stop the action to correct players. Just no way I can see Saban embracing that

Im sorry. Little lost. Can you help me?

What does Ego have to do with "winning nattys"
Everything and nothing. His ego is part of why this team reloads instead of rebuilds. His ego directs the team as a whole to adopt a similar ego and philosophy. His ego is exactly what keeps this team winning because he accepts nothing less than someones best. and its HIS team and his vision, he will not accept a coach like Sark wanting to rebut that philosophy when its shown to be a proven winner.

I wont stand up for Saban if i think he is wrong, in this case I see Sark as possibly a cancer that could have festered and created issues. For all his faults, atleasy Kiffin saw Saban is an accomplished coach and maybe he could learn a thing or two from him. Apparently Sark didnt have that mentality or want to learn from a great coach.

Just my opinion and i am sure it will be ridiculed if i know this site.
