Not a bad hire IMO, but not a huge upgrade from Dooley in terms of "big name appeal". I am sure he wasn't #1 on their list. Jones should take them from being a yearly 5-7 team to being a yearly 6-6/7-5 team

He was like option 4...behind Gruden, Charlie Strong and Mike Gundy. Not the home run hire, but not too bad. We'll see...he has my support.
