* I hope we don't become Oregon with these different flashy uniforms. I like the more traditional scarlet and grey plain and simple. Why black? At least apparently Phil Knight doesn't have his logo all over the jersey.

From what I understand, it will be only for the PSU game. Interesting because that will be our biggest recruiting night. I believe our boys from St. Thomas Aquinas will be at the game, along with many other high profile recruits for this game. These black uni's have been around for awhile apparently. Why now?

I guess this is the big time football school in the Ft. Lauderdale area? Both Joey and brother Nick (currently) went and attends. Nick and a couple of his teammates will be at this game I think? The other big recruiting night is the MSU game.

I there's a St Thomas Aquinas High School in the Canton/Massillon area of Ohio, too. That's the one I was talking about.

I don't know anything about the recruits.

The uniforms themselves don't look bad but it just isn't Ohio Statr to me. If they wanted to tweak something why not go with a darker gray with red numbering and lettering. Still get that different/cool look but keep with tradition? (Or just leave them alone altogether haha)
