I like the way he putted out on 18, didn't need to hear the roar of the crowd...just got it done.

Congrats Brooks Koepka! USO Champion, PGA Champion, POTY 2018! One can only imagine if he had played in the Masters!

The kid is a new breed of player for sure...looks like a fullback, but probably could've played baseball, hockey, basketball, whatever...he's an athlete!

Now that he's gotten a taste of being a superstar player, we'll have to see. For some reason these guys are having a hard time sustaining the success. Maybe his low key demeanor will help him stay on the wave a lot longer.

We've seen quite a few guys that were supposed to be the "Next Tiger," haven't we?

That probably more accurately describes Colton Knost, I guess?

Colton looks more like the guy who guzzles beers and watches fullbacks play all Saturday and Sunday long

Indeed...once the $100+ mil in endorsements kick in and appearances on Letterman (he might not be on anymore, I'm not much of a late night TV as you could guess)...ringing the bell at NYSE, corporate functions that he never had to attend before...suddenly there isn't as much time for practice....lol

If he's really 6' there's no way he's a pound under 210. But those guys do look smaller IRL.. that's one of the first things I noticed the first time I watched them live.

Tiger talked about Brooks after the round like players used to talk about him.
Saying it is not a fair fight.

You live in a dream world.

The gap was 2 strokes. Tiger used to beat the field by 12-15 strokes.

Brooks played fantastic, but hating Tiger doesn’t change the fact that Tiger was right on his heels.

Seeing them live...I agree.

Most of those guys look smaller than they do on TV when you're at the tournament. One of the beauties of attending the TOUR Champ @ East Lake...you are pretty close to the players on the range. I'm 6'3" 218-220 and Sergio seemed tiny almost standing 10' from him...there are some big guys out there...Stewart Cink is a pretty big guy, Ernie Els, VJ all my size or bigger...DJ and Bubba are tall, but look thinner in person. Rory is not very tall, but bulked up, much like Tiger who is barely 6'.

I've never seen Woodland or Koepka in person, but they look bigger than 200 lbs to me too.

If Tiger said that then certainly he was joking.

Not only did Tiger have a legitimate chance to win but so did Adam Scott.

If it wasn’t a fair fight then Koepka would have been running away with the damn thing.

That’s like a football team winning by a field goal and the losing team saying it wasn’t a fair fight.

So Tiger did not say it?

Yeah he said it but the key was, he was keeping the ball on the golf course and in the short grass most of the time. DJ who is probably in the same ball park distance wise...was not. So it's not that he's soooo much longer than the field that it's not a fair fight...he's hitting it long and straight right now.
