Brett would have to take time learning the offense and getting his timing back... Even if they did get Favre he wouldn't be ready by Monday night... He would need to work with the team and shake the rust for a while... The guy can probably still play at a decent level but at 44 your starting to get to the point of risking serious injury... Bones aren't the same in your mid 40's

I wouldn't have mined see Brett get picked off 3 or 4 times and maybe 1 returned to the house on Monday. That would have been a nice welcome back from retirement game.
