Tomorrow may be no better. In each series with the Braves, Vinnie lost both starts, 15-3 and 7-3 against McCarthy, who also starts Sunday. Velasquez did go six in the second loss but Phils were kept to six hits by Braves pitching in both games. So, Phils have their work cut out. Only 5 hits tonight, 0-5 RISP with the RBI guys up. Maybe the Braves are just flat out good. Anyway, Pads trashed the Mutts today 11-0.

The good news is the Muts lost yesterday as well and we are still a half game back.

Kingery is starting to hit again. The Kraut is due for a homerun. Vinnie will pitch like Cy Young!
Hoskins will hit a double and Homerun. The Phillies bats come alive! Phillies win big today!

Repeat of the two earlier Velasques-McCarthy matchups. Franco has moved up to .264/.300, tied with Hoskins for RBIs with 19. Predicting Hoskins and Franco hit the seats this afternoon. Phils win 7-4!

I'm celebrating a Phillies win today with Voodoo Ranger IPA from New Belgium Brewery in COL (similar to Sierra Nevada). Go Vinnie! Go Philliies!

The Lineup:

C. Hernandez 2B
C. Santana 1B
O. Herrera CF
R. Hoskins LF
A. Altherr RF
A. Knapp, C
M. Franco 3B
S. Kingery ss
V. Velasquez P

When are the Phillies/dildoes going to stop letting these Braves get inside their heads? Geez, the first inning we give up a run.

The Braves have Albies, Acuna and Camargo. All are rookies. 21 yrs old, 20 yrs old ,and 24 years old.. All 3 can hit. This team is going places for a long time to come.. Takes guts to bring up guys that young and play them. I call it the anti-Amaro theory! He would keep them on the farm until they turned 25!

Yep absolutely Northeast. Other teams know almost instinctively when they have a hot commodity and they don't futz around with bullshit moves like the dildoes always seem to do at some point with any given player.

:suds: It's only April, I can't kill myself, yet. But, everybody, fvcken cheer up! Phils and Braves are now tied for 2nd and each playing .593 ball. Phils will get their dignity restored this week after sweeping the .333 Fish in the warm summer air of Miami! My guaranteed outlook! :cloud9:

Phillies have 5 players batting under .200. Time to change their hitting approach. We can not depend on 3 run homers
every game.
