Since there are 8 ACC teams that have at least a 50% conference record (ND 2-2) why is it assumed that ND will get an ACC bowl game?

I think it is part of the agreement, that if Notre Dame is bowl eligible and doesn't get into the playoff or one of the big bowls then they get an ACC bowl bid bumping an ACC team from one of the conference tie ins.

Music City bowl against LSU, Notre Dame will likely end at 7-6.

LSU will just be more salt on the wound , we can't stop the run and they can run. I'd be surprised if it is competitive, hoping for the best.
