What should they do with Brooklyn's pick? The best 4 prospects in the Draft go as following, PG, PG, SF, PG and that SF is somewhat similar to Jaylen Brown. Do you draft a PG despite having IT and Smart?
Ainge has to pick a direction and quick, after just signing Horford it would indicate that they want to compete for a title, but they are a piece or two away from that.
They should either keep the pick, trade some of their core players in Horford, Crowder, etc. and rebuild around the assets they get in return & the BKN pick, or trade the pick and a core player for a star and try to give Bron a run for his money.
I know one thing, and that's Thomas would NOT be happy if they drafted a franchise PG and kept them. Especially after the season he's had, trust me.... I'm an expert on having too many PG's and the problems it creates.
