You can't have a Heisman bust if you don't have a HeismanWell that was intention of the Heisman. The trophy now goes to the best player that touches the football on a top 25 team. OL, DL, and LBs need not apply
Can we count September Heisman flops? Asking for a neighbor.

People make these lists all the time, but they really have nothing in common.
The NFL and College are two totally different games.
The Heisman is not a trophy naming the next great NFL Player. It is a trophy naming
the best college football player of the year.
Problem is they give it to the QB of a great team usually, instead of the actual best college football player. Hence why so many busts.
The voting from that year gets me as well
Troy Smith
Darren McFadden
Brady Quinn
Steve Slaton
Michael Hart
Colt Brennan
Ray Rice
Ian Johnson
Dwayne Jarrett
Calvin Johnson
Other than Johnson and on-the-field Rice what a shit show
Yeah I remember thinking he should have won that year.Still peeved McFadden didn't win it that year due to being a Sophomore, then a sophomore wins it the next year

Woodson and his ascot are kinda famous. That's true also.
Paul Hornug (sp?) was probably the last Heisman Winner, that became a household name in the NFL.
Won multiple titles with the Packers, and won the Heisman playing on a 2-8 college team
his Senior Year
That was one of the weakest Heisman fields in history.Still peeved McFadden didn't win it that year due to being a Sophomore, then a sophomore wins it the next year
